Office Hours

Glaisyers Office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm weekdays, In emergencies contact 0121 236 1885.

Telephone Calls

Telephone calls are answered by receptionists. Messages for solicitors are left on their personal voicemails These will be returned as soon as possible.

Faxes

The fax machines operate around the clock. During office hours the fax machines are checked regularly and solicitors are notified by message left on their voicemail of receipt of any fax for them.

Email

You can can contact all our staff on their personal email address. Messages sent to Glaisyers central email address are checked and passed to recipients throughout the day.

DX and Post

All mail and DX is opened, date stamped and distributed to solicitors by 10am on the date received. Mail addressed to solicitors is also opened unless it is marked 'private and confidential' in which case it is immediately placed in appropriate 'pigeonhole'

Complaints

Any complaints about a solicitors or member of staff should first be made to the Managing Partner.
