Our Criminal Defence Department is one of the leading and premier legal groups in the UK, providing an expert service on every aspect of criminal law.
We have numerous specialities in this
area of law including serious crimes and white-collar and business
crime such as VAT and other fraud cases, tax evasion, and
money laundering; the department also has particular expertise in
licensing, road traffic offences and juvenile
crime.
For many years we have successfully represented many of the 'high profile' Court of Appeal cases and daily appearances are made in both the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
Neil Davis and Steve Masih are 'Solicitors with Higher Rights' and therefore appear frequently as advocates in the Crown Court.
The criminal department contains a member of the Crown Court Rules Committee, the Criminal Appeal Lawyers Association, the Birmingham Law Society and the Chairman of the Serious Fraud Association.
