Appeal Court
A person convicted by a Jury in a Crown Court can, in some circumstances, put a request to the Court of Appeal against the sentence or conviction.
This however is a complicated procedure for which legal advice is absolutely vital.
Here at Glaisyers we have a great deal of experience in representing clients at the Court of Appeal, and therefore we are able to provide full and comprehensive support, advice, and representation for such proceedings, so you can be secure in the knowledge that you are in safe hands throughout the process.
