Police Station
A full 24-hour emergency Police Station free call-out service is provided for immediate advice to clients under arrest.
This service is available 365 days a year to all clients and can be reached by dialling 0121 236 1885.
The first contact many people have with Solicitors is at the Police Station and it is a fundamental right that all accused persons have the right to advice from an independent solicitor.
Attendance with you at the Police Station is completely free of charge, and once notified you are in custody, we aim to contact you and provide telephone or in-person advice as appropriate within 30 minutes.
We will then provide you with the expertise we have acquired through our years of Criminal Defence work, to ensure that your rights and position are protected at all times.
