Our Personal Injury Department has developed an excellent reputation throughout the region.
The range of disputes that we handle varies from the relatively minor, to multi-million pound injury claims - ranging from traffic accident injuries and slipping and tripping, to serious cases of workplace accidents and industrial injury and disease claims such as asbestos-related claims. We also regularly deal with professional negligence claims against health authorities or hospital trusts, as well as fatal accident and criminal injuries claims.
