Professional Negligence Claims
A Professional Negligence Claim occurs when there has been a breach of a duty of care by a medical authority as a result of which you have received incorrect or insuffient treatment, and as a result of being let down by the medical professional you have subsequently suffered injury or disability.
But there may also be a claim arising out of the way your compensation claim has been handled, in other words where you have been let down by your solicitor.
We have particular experience of acting for clients in these type of claims, which can arise out of any of the following reasons:
* Claim brought out of time
* Compensation too low
* Ongoing medical problems after claim has settled
* Claim not pursued/dropped by solicitors
We understand that after a possibly long and stressful process, it might be difficult to embark on such a claim but we are happy to advise how we can help and the importance of compensating for such a breach of care.
